Supply of Radar Tank Gauging systems, Nasr Petroleum Company, Suez

Based on our wide experience in petroleum measurement, calibration of instrumentation, custody transfer metering systems and supply of calibration facilities we were tasked with supplying, supervising installation, commissioning and the start-up of thirteen radar tank gauges at Nasr petroleum, Suez.

Our work here included fuel oil application, LPG application, control room system, FAT at the manufacturing facility in Sweden and on- site training.

Scope of work:

  • Supplying the 2 separate PLC systems (S7 1500)
  • Supply and assembly of a ready to use control system cabinet (IP 55). Completely wired with operational selector switched, push buttons and indication lamps
  • Supply of a SCADA workstation (Siemens WinCC TIA) to monitor the process
  • PLC programming and SCADA implementation
  • Wire labeling, cable termination, loop checking, signals testing, commissioning and start up
