Supply of temperature control valves alongside modifying the PLC and SCADA programs

During this project we supplied temperature control valves to control the temperature of tanks, also the PLC and SCADA programs had to be modified to be compatible with the new hardware.

Our scope of work included:

  • Supplying Samson Electro- Pneumatic Globe valves with an electro- pneumatic actuator

  • Supply of Samson valve limit switch
  • Electrical installation of the supplied valves
  • Supply of a new ET200 M remote I/O station complete with cabinet wired and ready to be used consisting of an interface module, Signal modules, and the Power supply

  • Supply of a temperature sensor with an RTD transmitter
  • Supply, laying and termination of required cables to the valves, limit switches, the RTDs, and the remote I/O station in the existing cable trays
  • Modification of the existing PLC and SCADA programs
  • Commissioning and start up of the system
