Based on our experience from projects such as upgrading the conventional grease unit (CGU) at Exxon Mobil, ILGMU commissioning and start up,
, CGU engineering at CO- OP Mostorod, APSCO Jeddah grease plant engineering works, upgrading the automatic batch blending and in line blending systems at Misr Petroleum and Fuchs LOBP’s blending system based on Siemens PCS7, we were tasked with supplying this system.
Scope of work:
Our system was based on Siemens PCS7, one client/ server station with single server and one engineering station.
- Supply of PCS7 operator workstation
- Supply of PCS7 engineering station
- Supply of terminal bus network between clients and server
- Supply of system bus network between the server and the controller
