Electrical installations at ARCO Steel (11 Feb 2016)

This project aimed to replace old CPU racks and ET 200 panels, the new system will use S7 400 racks.

Our scope of work included:

  • Dismantling the old CPU and replacing it with S7 400 racks at the existing panel
  • Dismantling the old ET 200 racks and installing new racks at the remote panels
  • Installing new local panels
  • Installing MCC (motor control center) power cells and drives
  • Systemizing and laying power, control, industrial Ethernet cables and fiber optic cables
  • Fabrication and installation of supplied cable trays
  • Installing supervisory control disks and server panels in each area
  • Fabrication and installation of supplied conduits
  • Supplying wire and cable terminals
