Development of the control system for the in line grease manufacturing unit (ILGMU). EXXON MOBIL MEX terminal

Based on our wide experience in the lube oil and grease plants industries we were chosen to develop this control system. This project is based on the Siemens PCS7 system.

Our scope of work:

• Providing the necessary hardware (CPU 410) for the PCS7 based system including the power supply and rack.
• Engineering the system architecture
• Completely wiring the systems using revised wiring diagrams designed by our experienced panel building and manufacturing staff
• The logic diagrams and the flow charts of the system
• Cause and effect analysis
• FAT and SAT procedures
• Implementing the logic and the Graphical User Interfaces based on the approved logic diagrams
• Implementation of new batch control
• Simulating the process
• Installing all the components
• Establishing communication networks
• Wiring and loop checking tests
• PID application and tuning
• Commissioning and startup
• Support in adding and managing recipes
