Software redundancy PLC control system for Jushi Sokhna VSA project

In this project we supplied, programmed, commissioned and started up a complete software redundant PLC system for Jushi Sokhna VSA projects at Airliquide.

Our scope of work covered:

• Supply of the main PLC control system based on software redundancy (warm standby) S7- 315 PN/DP
• The remote input/ output module was installed on an ET200M rack with redundant interface modules
• Supply and assembly of the control cabinet for the main PLC and remote I/O, accommodating the supplied control system and ready to be used including relays, terminal fuses, LED failure indication, the circuit breaker…etc.
• Supply of the complete SCADA system (1 work station)
• Supply of the communication system between the workstation and the PLC
• PLC programming and SCADA implementation
• Commissioning and start up of the system
