22 Metering skids at Misr Petroleum Alexandria

This project involved designing, the fabrication, commissioning and the start up of 22 metering skids at Misr Petroleum Alexandria.
Based on Soulintec’s wide experience in petroleum measurement, calibration of instrumentation, custody transfer metering systems and supply of calibration facilities. With customers like Exxon Mobil (Egypt, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia), Shell, Total, Chevron and Airliquide. And our past experience in truck loading terminals
- Total Mostorod Terminal: 9 metering lines and the terminal management system software (Emerson Danload 8000 and the Autoload software)
- ExxonMobil Mostorod Terminal: 25 metering lines and the terminal management system software (Emerson Danload 6000 and the Autoload software)
- ExxonMobil Alexandria Terminal: 21 Metering lines and terminal management system software
- ExxonMobil Suez Terminal: 11 metering lines and terminal management system software
- Shell Mostorod Terminal: 4 metering lines equipped with Daniel turbine meters
We were tasked with completing the following scope of work:
- Spec generation, product submittals and approval
- FDS, GA drawings
- P& ID, Skid workshop drawing including the skids, master meter, tank prover and instrumentation hookup
- Cause and effect control philosophy
- PLC spec generation and approval
